"I love the rain."

Completely random, but he whispered that to me just the same. I myself, however, hate the rain, it's part of being a fire element. Oh, by the way, the name's Axel, commit it to memory.

And the sexy blonde standing next to me, is Roxas.

He presses his forehead against the cool glass, his fingers lightly touching it as he stares at the endless rain.  There's such longing in his eyes, such pure emotion in his eyes, that it makes it difficult for me to believe we cannot feel.

I slip my hand into his, his ocean eyes glance at me, he's confused. I feel a smile coming on, not a grin, or a smirk, but a smile, and only he can do this to me.

"Come on," I whisper, "lets go see the rain."

His hand squeezes mine as he breaks eye-contact with me, his gaze moving to stare out the window again, he's silent for a moment, until he whispers something almost inaudible.

"...You hate the rain."

Taking his chin softly, I tilt his head to face me, his eyes peircing into mine.

"But I don't hate you." I mumble before I press our lips together, our kiss is soft, and short, but utterly amazing.

He stares at me for a moment and smiles, stoking my cheek. I press my forehead to his.

"Lets go see the rain." He whispers to me.

I nod.

...You know, I think I'm starting to like the rain.

"Sora!" Kairi calls out to him, but either he's ignoring her, or he just can't hear.

I tell her to wait inside so she wont get wet, and leave the house, running up to Sora, my body and my hair getting soaked.

He looks at me and blinks, a small smile comming to his lips. "Hey Riku. Whats up?" I stare at him for a moment and smile.

"Why are you standing out here in the rain? Your soaked, and your gonna get sick."

He looks up, staring at the darkened sky, water dripping down his face and neck, and whispers,

"I love the rain..."
